SWGC operates on a CASH FREE system.

Customised pre-printed deposit slips are issued at the Campus and fees can be paid in at any ABSA BANK.

Only once the deposit slips are received back at the office, the student will be registered on the computer.

Should total fee be less than R1200.00 the full amount is payable.

Conditions regarding instalments

The person responsible for payment must come to the College in person to sign the agreement form with a certified copy of his/her ID, as well as proof of residence.

Even if a student is 21 years of age, the student has to bring a parent or guardian to stand surety of payment.

Learners applying for a bursary will be held responsible for payment of installments until the bursary is made available, where after the payments made to date will be refunded.

First instalments must be paid in full by : End of January

Last instalments must be paid in full by : End of June

Learners must ensure they receive a printed college receipt after handing in proof of bank deposit slip.
