I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the professional service I received from two of your employees. I have realized that we as parents enjoy bringing to the attention of management things that we are not happy with but when we are treated with utmost respect and care we do not bring this to the attention of management. I visited the college during the registration time and I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Gomolemo Menoe. I left the college very proud that we in South Africa still have people who know how to treat other people irrespective of who they are or what they are. I just want to request that you pass my appreciation to him and please tell him to keep on doing that to fellow country men and women.
I visited the college again for the second time and this time I was assisted by a gentleman called Tumi. Unfortunately I did not write down his surname and now I have forgotten it. I can never forget the professionalism he displayed when he was assisting me. This is also a young man, like Gomo, who deserves to be recognized for the good they do. Please thank him on my behalf too and may he continue to do the wonderful job.
